Kantar
Senior Director, Global Partnerships | Mar 2023–Jun 2026
Kantar is a global advisory, data and insights organisation with approximately 25,000 employees and approximately $2bn in revenue. Melanie was part of the CX Divisional Leadership Team, with remit across EMEA, North America, LATAM and APAC.
Led strategic technology relationships with Qualtrics, Medallia and QuestionPro through local P&L owners and field teams, connecting partnership strategy to client growth, pipeline and commercial execution.
Built and led the shared commercial operating model for strategic technology partners across 15+ markets, and helped make platform partnerships one of five growth priorities in Kantar CX’s 2026 strategy. This contributed to partner-led new-logo pipeline growing from $6.2m to $11.2m and forecast partnership revenue increasing from approximately $22m to $28m.
Selected scope and outcomes
Built joint account planning, partner-sourced and co-sold pipeline, enablement, QBRs, referral governance, deal reviews and executive escalation into one shared operating model.
Built the North American partner motion from scratch: identified the senior Kantar CX hire, brought Qualtrics and Medallia into the go-to-market, aligned executive and field teams, supported account activity and introductions, and worked major partner events on the ground. The resulting partner motion contributed to approximately $5m in pipeline within six months, supported by $100k in partner marketing investment.
Introduced MEDDPICC and established deal reviews across priority partner markets.
Reviewed strategic partner opportunities above $250k and acted as executive sponsor on complex pursuits above $1m.
Identified approximately $13m in reciprocal commercial whitespace with a strategic SaaS partner.
Facilitated the Bain-Kantar-Qualtrics Global CX Standards partnership, aligning senior executives and consulting teams around a repeatable proposition.
Built an AI-enabled partnership signal layer across 15 countries that surfaced $2.6m of pipeline outside CRM in its first week.
